Welwyn trip for Blues

Blues will look to make it eight unbeaten games and progress in the Herts Senior Cup when they visit Welwyn Garden City, kick-off 7.45pm.

The Citizens are currently seventh in the Southern League Central Division with 12 points from nine games but went out of the FA Cup at the first hurdle with a 1-0 loss at Brantham Athletic.

They have suffered five straight losses including Saturday’s exit from the FA Trophy at the hands of Chipstead.
City  won promotion to the fourth tier of non-league football for the first last season, winning the Spartan South Midlands League as they hit a century of goals and points in 40 games.
