James joins up

New Blues’ boss Adam Flint has completed his management team with the addition of coach James Roach.

The 38-year-old is a UEFA A Licensed Coach. James began his venture into coaching back in 2006, a journey that has taken him to the USA and Bermuda back to professional clubs here in UK where he has worked at Dagenham & Redbridge, Charlton Athletic and also he spent three years at West Ham United working in their academy.

James is currently studying both FA Advanced Youth Award and BSc (hons) in Sport, Fitness & Coaching. He is very organised and methodical, and well respected by people he has previously worked with. James spent the end half of last season as first team coach at Hullbridge Sports in the Essex Senior League.
