Flint reflects on Invicta loss

Blues’ boss Adam Flint was clearly frustrated after his side went down 1-0 against Folkestone Invicta, on Saturday
“We started slow for some reason with Calum [Kitscha] making three or four good saves but we still created several good chances that we should have taken” he said
“I felt once we got in at half-time we sorted the side out and how to stop them and we competed a lot better in the second half. still disappointing as we seem to make the same mistakes every week not moving the ball quick enough and in the right areas. we will work on this in training and make sure we start games quicker like we did at Harlow.”
Flint’s side now move on to an FA Cup tie at St Neots Town, and the Stortford manager is expecting a tough game:
“”St Neots are a side the club faced last year so will be a tough test again we will go there and try and take the game to them and get through to the next round which I understand hasn’t happened recently in the club’s history.”
