Blues boss Adam Flint has made two additions to backroom staff as his side commenced pre-season training this week.
Nathan Church – 26-year-old Nathan joins the Blues as coach. He has coached at Chelsea in their academy and more recently Chelmsford City under-18s as well as assisting with analysis for the first team. Nathan has also coached out in the USA several times and has a bright future in the game.
James Good – James is an experienced goalkeeper coach who has joined from Southend Manor in the Essex Senior League. James will work closely with the first team and Bostik Development league keepers and completes Adam Flint’s backroom staff.
