Blues move up to fifth

Blues came back from a goal down to move up to fifth place in the Bostik League Premier Division.

The result moved Stortford into the play-off zone for the first time in living memory, and they have only lost twice in 14 games since Steve Smith and Jamie Cureton took over as joint managers.

George Brown opened the scoring in the 17th minute before Luke Callander levelled on the half-hour mark.

It took only four minutes for Ryan Charles to put the visitors ahead and the second half was all Blues as man of the moment Cureton netted three minutes into the break before wrapping things up in the 87th minute.
