Chris was signed on a month’s loan from Chelmsford City in the middle of September. He can play in midfield as well as defence, and was signed on dual registration forms originally at the start of last season. He originally played for the Clarets under 18 side. He was awarded a diploma to attend Hartpury College, the number one sports college in the UK, a few years ago. Based in Gloucester, Chris played for Gloucester City, Frome Town and Yate Town during his time in the West Country. He made his Blues debut in the opening league match at home to Dorking Wanderers and scored his first goal when netting the first goal in a 2-1 victory over Welwyn Garden City in the Herts County Senior Cup in October. Chris went on to compete in 41 matches for the Blues and scored the one goal last term.
