The supporters club has gone through a bit of a face lift during the closed season and is aiming to bring a lot more input in the way of fundraising and getting the fans more involved. The supporters club is now officially affiliated to the football club and we have been working closely on ideas to raise awareness within the town as well as ways to raise more money to benefit the club and supporters alike. 

Check out the shop section which will be regularily updated with information on new products and check out the news section for details of events being run. Lots of supporters have come up with some really good ideas and we will definately be trying some of these across the season. 

Membership prices for the coming season have been reviewed and will be £12 for adults, £8 for senior citizens and £6 for children up to 16. 

 

Membership entitles all members to 10% discount in the shop (excluding replica shirts) and free parking on match days. Membership will also entitle you to discounts on events run by the supporters club.  

 

In addition junior members will also receive a birthday card signed by the team and will be entered in to a prize draw to be the match mascot at a game over the Christmas break, they will also get a club kit and a programme signed by the whole team. Membership form available HERE. 

This has proved very difficult to arrange for the last couple of seasons so it has been decided that once the fixtures are released we will ask the fans what games they would like coach travel arranged for. We will then pick 3 or 4 games and get prices for the coaches. Any fans signing up to coach travel will then just pay a small amount at every home game towards their fare thus spreading the cost and hopefully making it easier for more fans to travel. 

 

Obviously the success of this scheme relies on getting at least 40 fans who are interested in using coaches to go to a few games and us being able to easily collect the weekly payments.
