Kevin Watson
Kevin was appointed Manager of Stortford in March 2017. He started his career as a trainee with Tottenham Hotspur and scored his only goal for the Spurs on his debut in a League Cup tie against Brentford. A midfield player he went on loan to several clubs before he signed in 1996 for Swindon Town. Kevin then played for Rotherham United, where he made over 100 appearances, Reading and Colchester United playing for the latter club from 2004 until 2008 and also making over 100 appearances. During the 2015/2016 season Kevin was appointed the Assistant Manager at Stevenage whilst Teddy Sheringham was the Manager. Then in August 2016 Kevin was the Assistant Manager at Eastleigh.
Mark Hughes
Mark is a very experienced midfielder who has joined Kevin Watson’s team for the new season and made his Blues debut on the opening day of the season at Tiverton Town. He started his career at Tottenham Hotspur progressing through the Spurs’ youth system and breaking into the reserve side. Midway through the 2003/2004 season he was loaned to Oldham Athletic and was quickly signed on permanently. Mark scored his first goal professionally in a 4-3 win over Bristol City. He had a short spell on loan with non-league Thurrock but was soon back in the Football League with Chesterfield. Mark had spells with Stevenage Borough and Chester City where he was a regular team member for 18 months. He then moved to Barnet where he played over 100 matches and he scored the goal that kept Barnet in the League at the end of the 2011/12 season netting the winner in a 2-1 victory over Burton Albion that relegated Hereford United to the Football Conference. Mark then played for Eastleigh before having 3 seasons with Chelmsford City where he was captain and last season was playing for Eastbourne Borough. Mark played twice for Northern Ireland in 2006 collecting full caps on a tour of America against Rumania and Uruguay.

Colin Taylor
Colin has been the main Therapist at the ProKit UK Stadium for many seasons and has not missed a first team competitive or non-competitive match is the last eight years. Colin has taken extensive training to ensure he maintains a high level of knowledge in the field of injury treatment and player recuperation.

Harry Voss
20 year-old former Tottenham Hotspur stopper who joined Stortford in December 2016 made his debut in the Boxing Day fixture versus Chelmsford City. Whilst at Spurs he featured in their under 21 side helping them win the Premier U18 Champions Cup and the IMG Cup in Florida in 2014/15. He spent time on loan with League 2 outfit Stevenage ahead of the switch to Stortford. Harry made 16 appearances between the sticks last season for the Blues. He is currently on loan with Northwood.
Tyler McCarthy
He recently arrived at the ProKit (UK) Stadium making his Blues debut in a Hertfordshire Charity Cup tie against Cheshunt in August. Tyler was originally with the Dagenham & Redbridge Academy and also the Maidstone United Academy. He also made representative appearances for the Kent County FA Youth team. Last season he had spells with Thamesmead Town and Great Wakering Rovers and was with Herne Bay in close season before signing for Stortford.

Luke Sheldrick
Signed on dual registration forms with Bostik Premier League side Wingate & Finchley. Luke made his Stortford debut in the 1-1 home draw with Chesham United earlier this month. An Australian, he played in the A League for Sydney Olympic. Since coming over to the UK he has been with Tottenham Hotspur and has been goalkeeping coach to their Ladies team. Last season Luke was with Wealdstone and was in their side that lost 2-1 to Ashford Town (Middlesex) in the Middlesex Charity Cup Final.

George Casey
George is a new signing in the close season and made his Blues debut in the first match of the campaign at Tiverton Town. He was originally with Stevenage on an Academy Scholarship and signed his first professional contract for the Boro in May 2015. During the 2015/2016 season he was loaned out to Chesham United where he helped them beat Bristol Rovers in the FA Cup, and then loaned to St Neots Town. After leaving Stevenage George signed for St Albans City at the start of last season and played against the Blues in both league fixtures last term.
Aaron Tumwa
Another new player this season, Aaron started his career with Watford in 2011. During the 2011/2012 season he was loaned to Harrow Borough and then signed a professional contract in the summer of 2012. During the following season he was again loaned out this time to Wealdstone. Aaron was released by Watford in the summer of 2013 and subsequently joined Blackburn Rovers playing for their development team. He was released by the Ewood Park club in the summer of 2014 and signed for Farnborough soon afterwards. The following year he moved on to Bromley and was with the south London club in the 2015/16 season which included a brief loan spell at Hayes & Yeading. Aaron then signed for Margate and was with that club in the Vanarama National League South last season. He is an Antigua & Barbuda international and has made 8 appearances for his country and scored a goal. Aaron made his international debut in November 2014 against Haiti. His debut for Stortford was in the opening fixture at Tiverton Town.

Sam Hatton
Signed on dual registration with Vanarama National League South side Hemel Hempstead Town, Sam made his Blues debut away at Merthyr Town in early September. Originally with Stevenage Borough from 2005 to 2007 he had loan spells with Northwood, Yeading, Maidenhead United and Diss Town. On leaving Stevenage Sam then spent five years at AFC Wimbledon where he made 197 appearances scoring 22 goals and helped the South London to three promotions including entry into the Football League. He then joined Grimsby Town for two seasons and was in the Mariners’ squad that reached the Football Conference play/off semi-finals in successive years. Sam left Grimsby in 2014 and had a spell with Aldershot before joining Welling United last season. He has made three appearances for the England C national team.

Joe Robinson
Joe originally joined Ipswich Town as a 12 year-old and progressed through the Tractor Boys’ youth set-up captaining both the under 18 and under 21 teams. He made his senior debut in a 2-1 defeat FA Cup defeat at Portsmouth. In February 2016 Joe went on loan to Woking and has also had loan spells more recently at Boston United and St Albans City. His Blues debut was in the first game of the season at Tiverton Town.

Marvel Ekpiteta
A versatile defender, Marvel returned to Stortford in the summer having joined the Blues originally in September last year from Chelmsford City. He made his debut that month against Margate. Alongside his twin brother Marvin he began his career at Oxford United before moving to Stevenage. He had a brief stint with AFC Hayes before linking up with Chelmsford City during the 2015/2016 campaign. Marvel left Stortford before last Christmas after making 11 appearances and signed for Vanarama National League South club East Thurrock United and was part of their squad that reached the Essex Senior Cup Final last term.

Ryan Richefond
21 year-old Ryan signed for the Blues late last season making his debut for the club in an away fixture at Weston-Super-Mare in April and went on to make a total of 6 appearances. He started with Crawley Town and after captaining the League 2 side’s Youth side he signed a one-year professional contract in April 2014. Ryan made his first team debut in September 2014 coming on as a substitute against Cambridge United in a Football League Trophy tie. He joined Leatherhead on loan in February 2015 but was released by Crawley Town in July 2015. Ryan then played for Loxwood in the Southern Counties League followed by a spell at Worthing. He then joined Grays Athletic in March 2016 and was with that club at the start of last season before signing for Margate and then the Blues.
Tyrique Hyde-Skerritt
Tyrique is on loan from Dagenham & Redbridge and made his Stortford debut in September at home to Kings Langley. He originally impressed on a pre-season trial with the Daggers and signed a contract in August 2016 and is now in his second year. Tyrique made his Daggers debut in an FA Cup tie at FC Halifax Town in October 2016 and then made his first League start and scored in a 4-4 draw with Solihull Moors. Towards the end of the last campaign Tyrique had loan spells with Whitehawk and Ware. His father is Micah Hyde the former Watford, Burnley, Peterborough United and Cambridge United midfielder. He netted a brace of goals earlier in the month in the 3-1 win at Gosport Borough.

Jordan Westcott
21 year-old Jordan impressed in pre-season with his local side. He was an outstanding player through the age groups in the Stortford Community side set-up and has had a number of trials with professional clubs. Most of last season was spent with local Essex Senior League side Takeley with whom he made over 40 appearances. Jordan made his Blues debut coming on as a substitute away at Tiverton Town in the first match of the campaign.

Jack Thomas
Jack has spent two seasons with the Blues Academy set-up and last season gained valuable experience of senior football with Sawbridgeworth Town in the Essex Senior League. He made his Blues first team debut in a Hertfordshire Charity Cup Semi-Final tie against Hitchin Town in mid September.

Freddy Moncur
Freddy is on his second loan spell at Stortford returning earlier in the month and coming on as a substitute in the 3-1 victory at Gosport Borough. He was originally attached to the West Ham United youth system before moving to Leyton Orient where he had a successful 2014/15 season earning a one year professional contract in the summer of 2015. Freddy made his senior debut coming on as a substitute in a 2-1 defeat at Luton Town in a Johnston’s Paint Trophy tie in September 2015. He went on loan in February 2016 to Wingate & Finchley and then again to the same club in September last year. Then, a month later, Freddy began his first spell on loan with the Blues making his debut in the away match at Eastbourne Borough and going on to make 11 appearances and scoring one goal until he was recalled by the O’s early in January. He then made his EFL debut in a 4-1 defeat at Stevenage and, in all, had 9 outings for Orient before the end of last season. He is the son of John Moncur the former Spurs, Swindon and West Ham United midfielder and is the younger brother of George Moncur who is currently with Barnsley.

Dipo Akinyemi
Signed on loan from Stevenage, striker Dipo began his football with Potters Bar Town in 2014. He signed professional terms with Stevenage in the summer of 2015 and made his debut in the opening match of the 2015/2016 season, a 0-2 defeat at home to Notts County. Dipo netted his first professional goal a week later in a 2-2 draw at Newport County. Later that campaign he was loaned to Aldershot Town, St Neots Town and Dulwich Hamlet. At the start of last season Dipo joined St Albans City on loan making over 20 appearances and netting 5 goals. In December he was loaned to Billericay Town and in January this year was again with Dulwich Hamlet scoring 10 goals in all competitions. Dipo’s debut for Stortford was in the opening match of the campaign at Tiverton Town.
Jason Williams
A 21 year-old striker, Jason began his career with Southend United and made his first team debut as a substitute on 15th February 2014 in a 3-2 defeat to Exeter City. In October 2014 he joined Chelmsford City on loan and had a further spell on loan with the Clarets as well as Welling United. More recently Jason had loan spells at Boreham Wood and Concord Rangers. He joined the Blues in close season making his debut on the opening day at Tiverton Town and scored four goals in his first four matches for Stortford.

Christian Owusu
Christian joined Stortford in the summer making several appearances in pre-season matches. He has previous senior experience at Histon. His first match for the Blues was at Tiverton Town on the opening day of the season when coming on as a substitute.
Darren Foxley
Darren started his football career in Dagenham & Redbridge’s Academy set-up. He then had spells with Barkingside and Soham Town Rangers before signing, earlier this year, for Cambridge City. He made his Stortford debut in the opening match of the campaign away at Tiverton Town and netted two goals in his first three games.

Alex Rodgers
Alex was another member of the Blues Academy side in the last two seasons. He scored 18 goals for the Academy last term and was one of the top scorers in the National League under 19 Alliance. Alex also made his first team debut last season when he started away at Wealdstone on Easter Monday.
