Ismael goes out on loan

Striker Ishmael Kamara has become the fourth Blues’ first team squad player to go out on loan having joined Canvey Island on a dual registration deal.

The Sierra Leone international is likely to make his debut for the Islanders in their home Ryman League Premier Division game at home against VCD Athletic tomorrow.

Goalkeeper Sam Baxter is also going out on loan, but just for a single game tomorrow as he helps our Great Wakering Rovers in their home Ryman League North bottom-of-the-table clash against Cray Wanderers.

Fellow loanees Luke Milbourne and Jermaine Osei had an eventful night on Tuesday evening as Brightlingea Regent’s home game against Romford was abandoned after 52 minutes due to a power cut with the hosts leading 2-0.

Milbourne had made his first start for Regent, while Osei didn’t get off the bench before it all went dark. Ten minutes later it all went dark for a short while in Thorley Park as well!

Both Milbourne and Osei are expected to be in the Regent squad for tomorrow’s trip to Waltham Abbey.

To complete the set, Josh Fagbohun will look to continue his good form for Cheshunt as they host Thurrock.
