Blues win again
The Blues made the long trip to Dorchester Town and were 1-0 down after only 45 seconds but Rod Stringer’s side fought back and a Matt Johnson goal brought the scores level. New signing Nicky Symons made it 2-1 just before the break. Close to the end of the second half Dorchester went down to 10 men and George Sykes got on the score sheet again making the final score 3-1 to the Blues which moves them up to 4th in the table. On Monday attention will briefly switch to the FA Cup as the 2nd round qualifying draw is made and the Blues find out whether they are home or away and whether they have been drawn against a team from the lower leagues.
